Convertendo qualquer arquivo e assinando com Certificado Digital um Xml para transmitir via webservice

Passos:

1- Inicialmente é importante ter um assinatura valida com raiz certificadora oficial.

2 - Login
Usuario: adriano
Senha: 123

3 - Seleciona o arquivo a ser assiando

4 - Define o que é o assunto do arquivo

5 - Gera o Xml

6 - Assina e gera o arquivo assinado, selecionando o certificado a ser usado e gerando assim o novo arquivo em c:\Temp\Xml\
